Our team includes fully qualified and experienced acupuncturists, massage therapists, skincare specialists and holistic health professionals, whom all bring with them a wealth of knowledge and a passion for giving you THE very best treatments you have ever had.
Having been a fully qualified therapist since 2005, Katie is addicted to learning new treatments and as a consequence is highly-qualified in a wide variety of massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and acupuncture-based therapies.
Her favourite treatment to offer is acupuncture and she loves nothing more than seeing the results it achieves, and the way it genuinely changes people’s lives for the better time and time again.
Katie’s real magic lies in her ability to match-make the right person, treatment and therapist together.

Fun fact: Katie is a very keen netballer and plays centre for her local team (mainly because she’s short and likes running!)
Spa Manager Nadine first qualified in massage in 2004 and achieved her acupuncture degree soon after in 2005.
A loyal lover of acupuncture, Nadine's favourite treatment to give is our acupuncture pain relief session but she will tell any who will listen that the head-to-toe treatment is pretty phenomenal too!
Having begun her career in clinical settings, during the early days she wanted to work in the world of football (she’s a bit of a closet fan of the beautiful game…) but quickly found that private spa work was actually where she belonged!

Everything from making a difference to someone’s quality of life to helping them relax and forget about their troubles, I love every aspect of my job as a therapist. Seeing someone applying what they have learnt in our treatment sessions and witnessing the positive impact they experience is just the best feeling.”

Senior Therapist Amie qualified as a therapist in 2014. With a huge passion for massage, facials & skincare her ultimate aim is always to help clients relax & take a little time for themselves whenever they can.
Massage is so powerful in its ability to help us in so many ways & I love being able to offer those benefits to people. Taking my clients on a journey when it comes to their skincare & really seeing results from product/routine recommendations I have provided is THE very best part of my job. I fully believe that it’s the little touches that add up to take treatments to the next level and a love seeing how effective they are…”

Lisa is an experienced therapist who has been in the industry for 22 years and has previously worked in spas and wellness centres.
With a passion for holistic well-being and a wealth of expertise, Lisa is dedicated to providing you with a bespoke treatment, tailored to your needs. Her caring nature and friendly approach will help you feel totally relaxed and at ease.
Her areas of expertise include Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Hot Stones Massage.

Catherine is a skilled therapist currently pursuing her Level 5 qualification in Complimentary Health Care & Wellbeing. With a deep passion for well-being, Catherine is committed to providing you with a personalised treatment tailored to your specific needs.
She is dedicated to assisting you in making small changes that can significantly enhance your quality of life. Her areas of expertise include Body Massage and Aromatherapy, creating bespoke treatments Catherine can help ease away aches and pains and target your problem areas
Maxine has been in the beauty industry for 13yrs. Her favorite treatments are Back neck and shoulder massage and Facials. She loves to help people relax and finds it really rewarding when they drift off and escape daily stresses during their treatment.
Her main aim is putting clients needs first and tailoring each treatment to the individual.
Maxine is currently training with Nadine to enhance her skill set to include deep tissue work.
