Our Spas provide unique, exclusive spa experiences that you won't find anywhere else. At both our stunning Old Rectory and Old Farm Spa sites, you can expect a beautiful, serene and calming spa experience, with open rural views and private spa facilities.

HOT TUB

With two loungers and three seats, our eco-friendly, air-source hot tub offers both rotational jets to give a broader massage across whole muscle groups and pin-point directional jets to provide a deeper, more powerful massage to any areas that need a little extra targeted attention.

Perfect for stress relief, muscle relaxation, pain relief, improved sleep and support for cardiovascular health, an hour spent in our hot-tub, is never a wasted hour...

TRADITIONAL HOT COALS SAUNA

Originating from Finland in the 12th century, the sauna room has become an iconic addition to spas across the world.

The temperature and humidity in our traditional hot coal sauna can be fully adjusted, ensuring you always find your perfect settings.

Spending time in our hot coals sauna will encourage the release of endorphins or "happy hormones" which in turn reduces stress. With muscle tension relief and its skin cleansing and circulation-supporting properties, we'd probably choose to live in our sauna if we could!

RELAXATION ROOM

Our purpose-built, tranquil garden-room haven offers the perfect space for you to escape the madness of the outside world. Enjoy your own space, let the stresses and strains of everyday life melt away as you sink into our bean bags and blankets, and relax, undisturbed, in your own peace and quiet.

COLD WATER THERAPY SHOWER

Revitalise your senses in our outdoor cold water therapy shower surrounded by grounding nature. Good for your circulation, cold water therapy is known to soothe sore muscles, boost mood, support your immune system and as an added bonus can give your hair and skin a 'just left the salon' boost too!

HOT TUB

Relax and unwind in our luxury 7-seater outdoor hot tub. Complete with acupressure jet seats, mood lighting and reflexology foot dome the Spa garden offers you the most perfect setting in which to enjoy your bubbles, both inside and outside of your glass.

TRADITIONAL HOT COALS SAUNA

Your very own little retreat from the world, our traditional hot-coals, wooden barrel sauna can be adjusted to ensure you get to enjoy THE perfect temperature. Helping to release toxins, boost your immune system and combat signs of ageing, all you have to do is step inside the wooden barrel, relax and enjoy the benefits of this wonderful heat treatment!

ALL of our spa packages include EXCLUSIVE use of our facilities for your group only, meaning you will never share them with anyone else.

Offering the perfect packages for those seeking a spa near Lincoln that offers both absolute privacy and utter relaxation, we will ensure that your time with us is as serene and calming as it possibly can be.

From the stunning views and traditional hot coals sauna to our luxury outdoor hot tub, heated relaxation room and spa treatments to help you unwind - we will ensure that you and your group will leave us having had the most wonderful, deeply relaxing day and feeling like you are floating on air. And that's not even to mention our incredible tasty treats and complimentary glasses of bubble - you really can have it all in the privacy of our secluded, rural day retreat!

"My husband and I have just been and had the rose package each and it was absolutely amazing best spa I've ever been to so relaxing and tranquil beautiful grounds. We had use of the hot tub, sauna and snug room to have afternoon tea in and chill in all to ourselves for 3 hrs. Given a glass of prossecco each and had a 50 min treatment each, I had a facial with Amy and it was superb! Highly recommend this place to anyone."
