Sports Massage

Detoxifying oils are used along with a deep pressure to release muscular tension. A pressure point technique is applied to loosen any specific problem areas. This massage is a great pre or post sports treatment, helping to improve overall muscle health and performance, reducing the risk of injury and aiding recovery.

Essential oils are carefully blended together for each individual. The oils are then warmed and applied using gentle, stress relieving pressure. This massage is calming and soothing, allowing a deep level of relaxation.

A full body, deep tissue massage which helps to relieve muscular tension caused by everyday stresses and wear and tear, giving a sense of well being.

Hot Aromatherapy stone Massage

Combining the therapeutic effect of heat and aromatherapy oils; warm, smooth stones are placed on key energy points and used to gently release muscular tension, relaxing both the body and mind.

Indian Head Massage

Warm coconut oil is massaged into the scalp, head, shoulders and neck, relieving stress and tension from these areas. This is a great stress relieving treatment, excellent for those who suffer with headaches and neck tension.

Warming lava shell massage

Drift away with this indulgent warming massage, self heating tiger clam shells are used to soothe and relax aching muscles, helping to boost circulation and calm the mind.

Pregnancy massage

Tailored to each individual’s needs, specific aromatherapy oils are used along with a gentle pressure, easing aches and pains and allowing the body to completely relax.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Concentrating on the most common areas of tension, the pressure of this massage is altered to suit each individual client; from a deep muscular relief to a lighter, more relaxing pressure.

Head to Toe

This trio of treatments begins with a foot ritual to balance meridian lines and restore well being, followed by a Full Body Aromatherapy Massage (55mins) and a mini facial. Used together, these treatments are the ultimate in relaxation, allowing the body to completely unwind and de-stress.

Relax and enjoy a candlelit massage with scented oils, together in the same treatment room. You will have two therapists working side by side while you share this experience together. A wonderful way to treat a loved one, take time out together and be pampered.

EVE TAYLOR EXPRESS FACIAL

The perfect facial for the time compressed, this mini treatment will refresh the skin with aromatic cleansers then buff away dulling skin cells. A rapidly working masque will infuse the skin with nourishment before hydrating moisturisers protect the skin.

A prescriptive facial tailored to your current skin condition to achieve the best skin possible. Aromatherapy products are selected to deeply cleanse, gently exfoliate and prepare the skin ready to absorb aromatic massage oils and luxurious facial masques. Skin is left clean, fresh and balanced.

EVE TAYLOR SKIN QUENCHING FACIAL

Restore the youthful glow to your skin with our Skin Quenching Facial. Plumps the skin and softens fine lines with moisture infusing hydrators.

EVE TAYLOR ULTRA-BRIGHT ANTIAGING FACIAL

Illuminate and brighten dull, lacklustre, pigmented skin with The Ultra Bright Facial. Professional resurfacing smooths and softens the skin ready for the infusion of Vitamin C rich serums and speciality masques. Illuminating moisturiser protects and re energizes leaving the skin flawlessly radiant, bright and glowing.

DERMAPLANE FACIAL

Experience instant luminosity and skin that looks and feels baby soft (which lasts around 2-3 weeks). An effective deep exfoliation method where a sterile, one-use scalpel is used at a 45-degree angle over the face to remove up to 3 weeks-worth of dead skin cells in one visit. Dermaplaning can also help to reduce the appearance of the following: fine lines and wrinkles, acne scaring, pigmentation, enlarged/blocked pores, acne rosacea.

LUXURY DERMAPLANE FACIAL

Tailored to each individual’s needs, specific aromatherapy oils are used along with a gentle pressure, easing aches and pains and allowing the body to completely relax.

MICRO NEEDLING FACIAL

Tiny fine needles are rolled across the surface of the skin, giving a tingling sensation. This technique encourages the skins own collagen production and helps to rebuild any areas of damage. Effective for treating fine lines, scarring, sun damage, acne and hyper pigmentation. Derma rolling can also be used as part of a skincare regime to maintain a smooth and fresh skin appearance.

LIGHTFUSION FACIAL

Combined with a proprietary Hydrogel Mask, the Lightfusion device leaves your skin visibly plumper and more radiant after just one treatment, simultaneously stimulating cellular processes beneath the surface of the skin to create a healthy, long-lasting effect. Lightfusion uses state of the art LEDs that deliver specific wavelengths of light to energise skin cells and encourage fibroblast activity, helping promote collagen and elastin that are essential for the fight against the ageing process.

FULL TRADITIONAL ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT

A thorough consultation is carried out, which allows the practitioner to assess the needs of each individual client. By treating the body as a whole (as opposed to individual symptoms) the energy in the body can be balanced and well being restored. Traditional acupuncture can be used to maintain general health, or to help a wide variety of conditions such as insomnia, depression, infertility, headaches and fibromyalgia (for a full list of treatments approved by the World Health Organization, or more information, please visit the WHO website). This type of acupuncture uses very fine needles and patient comfort is a priority.

INJURY / PAIN ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT

Suitable for musculoskeletal conditions such as frozen shoulder, sciatica, arthritis, lower back pain and tennis elbow. This is a shorter treatment session, where less complex conditions can be treated simply and effectively. This treatment may also include remedial massage, cupping, moxa or heat therapy.

WELL WOMAN TREATMENT

This acupuncture treatment is recommended to help to rebalance hormone levels and calm the mind, excellent to help support natural fertility or for during IVF treatment, can also be used to reduce menopausal symptoms or to accompany HRT. Essential oil blends are also used in this treatment for their balancing and relaxing properties. Each treatment is designed specifically for the individual, applying a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you regain balance and restore hormonal health.

COMBINATION TREATMENT

Benefit from a traditional acupuncture treatment, which will also include additional elements of other treatments, such as Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy & Massage, combined together to achieve the best results and the deepest level of relaxation. Our experienced acupuncturists will draw from their expertise in various other therapies to create a bespoke treatment plan, designed specifically for you.

WELL-BEING

A full traditional acupuncture treatment helps to combat specific problem areas and maintain the balance of energy in the body. This is followed by a Full Body Swedish massage (55mins) to release tension and relax the body. These treatments used together, are a great way to give your well being a boost, helping to increase overall energy levels and improving sleep.

CUPPING

Suction cups are used by our specialist therapists to create targeted blood flow into areas of concern, tension or injury. Often used to help reduce pain & inflammation, it can also help to boost muscular repair and give a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.

CLINICAL REFLEXOLOGY

Pressure point techniques are used to stimulate the reflex zones of the feet. As different areas of the feet represent different areas of the body, this pressure can help to balance the body and improve general well being. This treatment finishes with a luxurious foot massage to ease away any aches and pains, leaving your feet feeling relieved and refreshed.

REIKI

A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Positive energy is channelled through the body, which treats the mind, body and spirit. Many clients report a feeling of deep relaxation and inner peace.

HOPI EAR CANDLING WITH SINUS DRAIN MASSAGE

Hopi ear candling is a gentle and safe way to remove excess ear wax and clear sinuses. The candles, when lit in position, create a ‘chimney effect’ which gently and effectively draws out impurities without damaging the ear. This treatment also includes a sinus drain massage, which encourages movement in the sinuses and clears the head.
